Stacey L. Rouse of the US NAVY of Norfolk, VA, passed away peacefully on July 21st, 2020 in his home. He was the son of the late Ruby L. Rouse. Followed by Genia Williams, Elliotte Williams, Tracey Marshall, Ollie Marshall, Norce Beck, Patricia Beck, James L.Rouse, Sandra Beck and a host of nieces and nephews.
