On January 13th, 2020, Otha Lee Mincey Jr., a son, our brother, a friend, and a father figure to many of his nieces, nephew, and countless children to whom have come in contact with him. He departed from this life way too early. He is proceeded in death by his father Otha Lee Mincey Sr., his brothers Michael Lee Mincey Sr., and Anthony Lee Mincey. He leaves behind his mother Ruth Edith Mincey, two sisters Lille Kelly and Barbara Bryant, five brother, Otho Lee Kelly; Tony Lee Mincey;Jerry Lee Mincey; Sandy Tyrone Mincey; Gregory Alan Mincey; extended family James Doe, Baily (Mookie) Fuller, and best friend Jimmy Taylor, along with a great number of nieces, nephews, cousins and loyal friends.
