Mrs. Loretta Jean Young Graham, 45, passed away Friday, February 23, 2018, at the Bacon County Hospital in Alma, GA, after an illness.

“Cookie”, as she was affectionately called, was born on July 27, 1972, to Rosie Lee Young and the late Mack Marion Sr.

She received her formal education from the Bacon County School System. She was married to the late Clifford E. “Heatcliff” Graham.

She was an avid fan of Georgia Bulldogs, going to church at New Beginning Church of Christ and getting her hair done.

She was preceded in death by her father Mack Marion Sr.

She leaves a legacy of love to her children, Cassandra Brown and Justin Turner; children she helped raise as her own, Tamara Marion, Ajiah Marion and Zykeveion Gauner; her godchildren, Seqoua Williams and Austin Reynolds; her mother, Rosie Lee Young Jackson; her siblings, Tammy Marion, Salina Young, Mack Marion Jr., Patricia Marion and Robert Young; her grandmother, Roberta Williams; her aunts and uncles, Eloise Simpson, Janie Simpson, Johnny Turner and Frank Simpson; a special godmother, Latangler Hart and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, the Graham family, other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 206 E. 5th Street, Alma.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 3, from the Zion Chapel Baptist Church, 513 E. 14th St. Alma, where the Rev. Jaylen Thomas is the pastor. Words of comfort will be delivered by Pastor Gail Williamson of New Beginning Church of Christ.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

The cortege will assemble at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 3, at the home.
