Cheyenne Jacquis’ Octavia Jacobs, 28, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at the Hospice Satilla Hospice House in Waycross.

She was born May 30, 1994, to Valeria Annette Miller and Marion Dale Jacobs of Blackshear.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, July 29, at the funeral home, 505 Ware Street, Blackshear.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 30, at Piney Grove Free Will Baptist Church, Blackshear. The Rev. Brandon M. Elerby is the pastor. Cheyenne’s uncle, Elder Harry Miller of St. Paul, NC, will deliver the words of comfort.

Interment will follow in the Gethsemane Cemetery, Patterson.
