Binidine Lincoln Jefferson, affectionally known as “Bini”, age 69, after an extended illness, peacefully slipped into an eternal sleep surrounded by loved ones at her home on Monday afternoon, September 16, 2019.

She was born on May 27, 1950 in Patterson, Georgia and continued to reside in the surrounding area throughout her life.  She graduated from Patterson High School and later attended Ware Technical College.  As a nourisher by nature and as someone who genuinely loved taking care of others, Binidine, worked at various nursing homes throughout the years as a Certified Nursing Assistant and subsequently retired in 2000.

As a member of Macedonia Baptist Church and a devout Christian you could always find her quietly sitting reading the Bible and studying the Word.

Binidine had an easy to get along with happy go lucky spirit and an infectious smile that would light up a room!

She is survived by her devoted and loving son, John Harper, Jr. and her only grandchild, Kelsey Harper.  Siblings: Helen Washington (Guylee), Hazel Ferguson, Mabalene Jordan, Blondell Mobley, Herman Lincoln (Connie), Cleveland Hollis, Jr. (Catherine), Roosevelt Hollis (Linda), and Melvin Hollis (Ramona).  She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in her death by her parents, Lavon Lincoln and Wesley Lincoln, Sr., sisters, Bertha Lincoln and Maxine Hollis Wright, and brother, Wesley Lincoln, Jr.

A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered, visitations will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Rainge Funeral Home, located in Blackshear, Georgia.

The family of Binidine cordially invite you to join in her homegoing celebration at Macedonia Baptist Church, located in Patterson, Georgia on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. The burial and repass will immediately follow the ceremony.
